Tools > Certificate Authority
Right Click > CA > Properties > Policy Module > Set the certificate request to pending.
Stop and Start Service
Right Click > All Tasks > Issue or Deny.
Right Click > All Tasks > Revoke.
Hold to be used to see if there is an issue or not. > Can be unrevoked if needed.
Other reasons used makes the certificate unreokeable.

Personal > Right Click > Request New Certificate > User > Enrol > Finish
Active Directory User Object > Certificates

Revoked Certificates list > All Tasks > Publish > Uploads list to new CRL.
